Roopali Dame

(CEO & Founder)

Roopali Dame is a dynamic Edupreneur, Hospitality Consultant, Executive Trainer, Human Resource Consultant, and Lean Process Specialist having 20+ years of experience. As the Founder of The Dream Canvas Hospitality organization, she brings a wealth of experience in education and the hotel industry. With key roles as a professor, student coordinator, and training and placement officer, Roopali has shaped the next generation of hotel management professionals. Her expertise extends to conducting seminars, workshops, and serving as a sought-after Guest speaker and trainer in hotels and institutions. She has used her academic expertise in hotel and tourism teaching to create an environment for students to learn and grow at TDC. Her strategic outlook and academic expertise have been honed through years of experience in the Hospitality and Tourism education sector. Passionate about transforming the hospitality landscape, Roopali is a visionary leader driving excellence in education and industry practices.




Ishani Pundlik

(Centre Head)

Ishani Pundlik is a dynamic figure in the hospitality industry, possessing a wealth of experience in bartending education, hotel industry recruitment, and organizational management. Her roles as a dedicated faculty member in bartending programs and a recruiter in the hotel industry highlight her commitment to shaping the future of hospitality professionals and connecting talent with rewarding opportunities. As the Center Head of The Dream Canvas, she ensures the organization remains at the forefront of bartending education, orchestrating seamless operations and fostering a conducive learning environment. With her deep understanding of luxury service standards cultivated during her tenure at Taj Rambagh Palace Jaipur, Ishani's visionary leadership and unwavering dedication to excellence make her a respected figure in academia and the hospitality sector alike.




Dev Nayak

(Faculty)

Dev Nayak is a seasoned hotelier and accomplished bartender, whose journey in the hospitality industry began at the prestigious Taj Vivanta Pune. With a foundation built on delivering exceptional guest experiences, Dev transitioned to Skyline, where he further honed his skills behind the bar. His expertise and dedication led him to attain the position of Senior Bartender at Attelier, where he demonstrated leadership and mastery in mixology. Currently, Dev brings his wealth of experience and passion for bartending to the forefront as a faculty member for The Dream Canvas's renowned Saki Bartending Program. As he imparts his knowledge to aspiring bartenders, Dev continues to leave an indelible mark on the hospitality landscape, embodying the ethos of excellence and innovation in both education and industry practice.




Ankit Patel

(Faculty)

Ankit Patel is a distinguished figure in bartending education, renowned for his role as a flair faculty member within the esteemed Saki bartending program. With a passion for mixology and a talent for teaching, Ankit inspires students to excel in their craft. Additionally, he plays a crucial role in office management at The Dream Canvas company, ensuring smooth operations and upholding the institution's reputation for excellence.
